Gas appliances are Gas Safe registered work without exception; oil is OFTEC; heat pumps are MCS. General plumbing and drainage go to our specialist partner networks, deliberately.
Legally required: only Gas Safe registered engineers may work on gas appliances in the UK, and All gas appliance work arranged through this site is no exception. Every engineer carries a photo ID card you can check against the Gas Safe Register on the doorstep — ours expect to be asked, and we verify registration before assigning any job.
