The short version: we collect what's needed to send a qualified engineer to the right place, and nothing sneaky.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter — name, phone, postcode, and either the fault description or the property details needed to quote an installation — plus the page you enquired from and the time. When you call, the regional line logs your number as any phone does. We don't run advertising trackers, sell data, or require accounts.

How it's used

Your enquiry is routed to the appropriate regional team and the engineer matched to your job — that's the entire purpose. Repair enquiries and installation quote enquiries are handled through separate workflows because they need different responses. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and legitimate interest in operating the service. Records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Processors & your rights

Form data is processed through our workflow infrastructure and shared only with the engineer taking your job. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@flintwell.co.uk. If we ever add analytics cookies, this page and a consent notice will say so first.
